This should eliminate the missing road and city texture loading problem for laptops/desktops with low vram I set the bytes to 536870912
which equals 512mb exactly others are reduced values to maximize performance this totally eliminated the missing texture problems for me.
Place this in the main GTA 5 directory.
Also I suggest using low spec trees and grass which can also be found here on this site: :-)

Yes, there are some graphics low spec another mods , but nothing for "grass and trees" as you said. Could you please coordinate me on which tag key search words to use, when searching, so maybe I'm just using some wrong key words for search.. Coz I don't know, I tried searching "low grass" or "low trees" or "low trees and grass", and then press the button search ----> nothing found.

Bro, I need the lowest spec for this game to run in my pc ( hui graphics, icore 3, 8gb ram) please help me out... I don't need the in-game graphics, iam just a fan of gta i have played all the previous versions and was not able to play this one... You gotta help me bro please
