Desk's Dispatch Changes is lore friendly mod that changes some features of the police system like :
1. Police now can arrest you above (1 Star)
2. There is a Wanted radius now. You need to get out of it to escape.
3. Wanted Level changes at the City :
(1-2 Stars) LSPD Chases after you.
(3 Stars) Police Helicopter is going to follow you around.
(4 Stars) The NOoSE will come after you.
(5 Stars) The FIB and NOoSE will come.
4. Wanted Level changes at Blaine County :
(1-2 Stars) LSSD Chases after you.
(3 Stars) Police Helicopter is going to follow you around.
(4 Stars) There will not be Swat at Blaine County so the Sheriff will Chase you.
(5 Stars) The Military will come after you.

1. Open (OpenIVSetup.exe) and follow the instructions.
2. In OpenIV click on [Tools] tab and then click on [ASI Manager] and then install [ASI Loader] and [OpenIV.ASI]
3. Drag and drop (ScriptHookV.dll) and (dinput8.dll) from the (ScriptHookV.zip) to your root GTA5 folder.
4. Drag and drop (gameconfig.xml) to [Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data]
5. Drag and drop (HeapAdjuster.asi) and (HeapAdjuster.ini) from the (HeapAdjuster.zip) to your root GTA5 folder and set the Heap size from (HeapAdjuster.ini) to [2048]
6. Drag and drop (PackfileLimitAdjuster.asi) and (PackfileLimitAdjuster.ini) from the (PackfileLimitAdjuster.zip) to your root GTA5 folder.

@Deskius I have tested the new version and it seems fine, the error has been fixed. If possible, could you make the number of swat and fbi troops equal when reaching 5 stars?
@Deskius It seems that there are still cases of soldiers jumping out of helicopters. Specifically, when I flew to the roof of the ammunition building to shoot at each other, there were 1 or 2 planes flying next to me and shooting at me, but then there was another one that slowly flew over my head and then the soldiers automatically fell right next to me.
They were soldiers not swat?
@Deskius I'm sorry I mistakenly said they were swat, and when I entered the air force base, the fbi also came in and they were the only ones shooting at me vs tanks, and the army soldiers were not there at all, only When I left that base and went to the nearby highway or to Trevor's old house, there were only soldiers and army vehicles to stop and arrest me, and the shooting was not as intense as the FBI at the air force base.
I don't know how you tested it on your computer, but I deleted the game and reinstalled it completely clean without any other AI mods, but swats still jumped out of planes and even more.

I installed it in the mods folder, and the swat that jumped out of the helicopter was a black one. I don't know its name, but it was something like that. I tried going back into the police station and they still fell down, screaming. its characteristic
@Deskius I've deleted the game and reinstalled it 3 times. I've tried installing other mods, such as RED or PEV, in the mods section and they still work normally, but after deleting and reinstalling version 2.1, I still get that damn error. I don't understand why
Did you install the mods Requirements?
@Deskius I fully installed it because your mod requirements are no different from ones like RDE or PEV
I don't overwrite, I just delete and install your own mods, there are add-ons for vehicles, airplanes, install images or reshades, everything still runs normally, but when I reach 5-star level, the swat team will be on the helicopter. it screams and falls right in front of me, it's really annoying, I didn't even install any other mod side quests, the scripts folder is completely empty
I really like your mod, it's not too heavy and crazy chaotic like RDE or PEV but still retains its own character but that damn error ruined everything, I don't want to install any other dispacth mods
So is the swat the only problem? Does they jump only out on 5-stars?

@Deskius yeah that's right bro, when you reach level 5 stars the fbi hasn't arrived yet the swat have already jumped, I just tested again 10 minutes ago and had to delete the game again to try again
