Installation
Install is simple drag and drop the oiv into open4 with edit mode enabled and install to mods folder, and make sure that in your graphics settings set the particle quality to high.

@zyankenta Then it would be a mod called "thicker and longer lasting burnout", thats not what this is, this is supposed to be a full particle overhaul.

Muzzle flash too??
Ok so I just tested this mod & its really good. If you have a car meet or something, there will actually be a ton of smoke & stuff everywhere rather than it just disappearing, & the ground debris from bullets look quite similar to GTA VI Trailer 2. Also it does work for muzzle flash, 10/10

Can you cast shadows on gunshot debris particles on concrete and rocks?
