Disables the mini-map when on foot and enables it when you enter a vehicle, the mini-map is only enabled if the vehicle engine is on. So if your vehicle gets destroyed the mini-map will be disabled.
Make sure you have ScriptHookV and the LATEST ScriptHookV.Net
To install move "DynamicRadar.dll" to your scripts folder

V1.1 Changed the name to Dynamic Radar, script detects if engine is on/off
V1.2 Fixed mini-map flickering
V1.3 Added an ini, Mini-Map shows when your phone is out, added an option to hide enemy blips, added an option to hide in interiors

@Ty6377 "added an option to hide in interiors" function not working for me.
@ikON I mainly added this option for it to hide when in a tunnel to simulate your radar losing signal, try going into a tunnel and see if it works
@Ty6377 understand the function, simply doesn't matter I enable or disable this, hide anyway.
@Ty6377 Bro, is there any way to add an option to disable and enable it in the next update of the siren mod? That would be a really cool option, both inside and outside vehicles.

HI is theres a way to keep the map on while in a car even if in a tunnel?

Could you make it toggleable? So I can select a hotkey and turn the hud on and off whenever I want, really isn't any good mod out there for that
Good, but can you make it so that the minimap pulls up when the phone is pulled out as an option too?

Sniper Reticle doesn't show
Turns out, it hides your weapon reticles when you turn HideEnemyBlips on. I don't know why the hell those are connected. They should be different settings.
