@Ironia_Official Exciting to you new version, and hope it can work on my computer. This mod is fantastic. I have been waiting for this mod so long. Couldn't find any other who has done this kind of mod on this web. I'm making gta v film for the moment. And this mod can fulfill the needs of the plot. Imagine this, use a rope mod to connect character's back and parapet, and then character can run down from the roof to the specific window or to the ground. Just like in the movie "Resident Evil 2" what Alice did to run down from high rise roof top.

There are a couple of mods out there which allows the player to rappel from a chopper, but not from moutain peaks. Also, one of the spiderman mods allows players to use the going up ladder movements in any or most of vertical objects, like buildings, walls, etc. If that exact same movement could be applied into any moutains with inclinations over a certain degree, we'd have a pretty decent climbing mod.

@nickaoke climb mod for Building, tree, and other vertical object i can do, for Mountain for me it's difficult to set the right rotation for ped.. if i can find solution to rotate ped in the position of the Mountain i will do

This spiderman mod has that very specific feature I was telling you about: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/updated-spider-man-civil-war-add-on-ped. It allows you to use the climb ladder animation on walls, but you have to be wearing that damn spider man outfit. If only we could use any ped instead of spider man, that'd be good enough.
