@_CP_ I did which is why I was able to correct the issue by simply reinstalling your visual and RDE and then fix it again. Still if I install it into the mods folder (and yes I know how to do it) game says "corrupted files" on startup. Any other known incompatibilities?
I really like this mod, however, with this, as well as with populated fuel stations, I get massive texture and building pop-in in the city. No FPS loss, just the buidlings pop in a second late if I quickly turn the camera around. Any idea what could cause this? Mainly happens at night or twilight.
@zanesix Thank you for doing the most part. So I cannot say for sure but it seems to be working in missions, too. But I think you only have your standard police cars there. But actually that is not a biggy and I think will be fixed by the mod creators sooner. Until then you can use ths XML.
@Slimslugga713 Use the XML I provided in a former post. it will work. And READ the whole installation guide. The gameconfig.xml goes to update/update.rpf/common/data via OpenIV. Have fun
Fixed it. It is the Mission Value line. Has value 19000 original has 18500. Changed that line and corrected a sorting mistake in the XML and now it works. Now to see if the Cops are still working. @Slimslugga713 You install the zip file via Package installer through OpenIV --> tools. Yet hold off for the moment because even the updated gameconfig.xml in the pinned post is broken and prevents you from playing any story related contend besides random encounters (little blue or red dots)
@zanesix Any luck finding the culrprit? Once you experienced this mod you won't want to go back. Maybe backtracking on what you changed might help? I am not a scripter so this is just a wild guess ;)

Disregard. Either it is a random issue or it had something to do with the Banks map.
