I have just re downloaded the game again, in a few hours i will try exactly many methods as you said, if something works, i will write every steps here so maybe it will help in the meantime other people
@eshenk Yes i have already chech game cache with steam , and except the scripts usefuls for "nicefly" (wich is the only mod i want to use) and native trainer asi , there nothing else i have tryed to use. no openiv
@Grampzi : Thank you for your anwser man, i am actually re-installing the full game (i have fast connexion it'll be fast) and then i will try to download the "mod manager" you are talking about.
I will not backup my GTA.exe and launcher.exe to avoid futur problems & bugs. But, would your recommand to backup theses files with a system restore? or it's not worth it now ?

@eshenk : My error is the game crashing with (3 windows alert sounds) after " Loading Online Mod " , i know mods or scripts aren't allowed on online mod, i just want to play on solo mod
@BlackWhiteX Oh okay, i did make the mod work some days ago, 1 or 2 times. But after that i couldn't launch the game. Now with the new GTA update 1.29 we cannot do anything to make work NICEFLY mod ? we need to wait for updates ?
@Grampzi Thing is i do NOT want at all use mod ONLINE,
I don't care about the ONLINE , i just want to play on SOLO mod with mods,
this system is a pain in the ass by forcing my choice to go online when i launch game :l !
@gta5testya And if i only put, nicefly mods into parent directory ? I have tryed to put and to delete everything many times already; the LUA plugings, the ASI with native trainer, the dinput8.dll, ect..

But my goal , my "perpas" is to play offline, in solo mode. I don't want to go on online, i know it crashs :)

@gta5testya Yes i have just tryed, with only the content of SCRIPTHOOK .
There was only : "dinput8.dll" , "NativeTrainer.asi" , "ScriptHook.dll"
No mods or (nicefly) were into it, no LUA, no "script" folder
The game has crashed anyways :(
