I couldn't find if your "Map Fixes" also did include the fixes from "V PropRestore" by @BlackScout. Or if the two mods are compatible with each other. If i understand it correct, the vanilla game did not spawn soms of the props if there is a Low Priority flag set.
Wow, this is what I was waiting for all along. Unlock camera settings, freedom of the camera reminds me to RacerS Camera Hack for the older GTA games. For some reason nobody ever made that again for the newer.
Are there plans to expand on what you already have?

Reminds me to RacerS Cam Hack for the older GTA games (vice city and san andreas). If you have on of this games check it out, its full off potential for your mod. A sort of freelook camera with options to "attach" it to the player or the car for more dynamic camera options. A bit like the ingame cinimatic camera but with more user control (and no auto changing)...
