Slower police minimap color blinking - oldgen had more frames
Darker minimap 25% black of transparency

Only "hud.gfx" file to make your mod work and display PMR radio icon.
@John_Wick_99 Could you please update minimap.gfx for latest version ? Mercenary update added more icons and now it show empty blip for Electric bike. Btw nice work on mod.

@Gtavgamer I tested it at clean version at notebook and works well. Make sure you not have another graphics files, dlls there.
