VehicleHash.Hakuchou2 uses the same hash as VehicleHash.Vortex

@AnarchyBlues He never "pussied" out, the hidden GunRunning update on his website work. All this time he had already done the work and uploaded it, he just had "reasons" not to list it, whatever these reasons are they cause the existance of this mod. Pretty shameful that he had to harm his own community more than he ever would send a message to R* / T2.

At any rate this project is full of optimism, depending on Alex all the time really isn't ideal.
