Did you just customize some cars and upload it as a mod?
Will try it when ScriptHook is updated, but does it save all the customization? Last guy who tried to update INM's mod missed a few things, as does just about everyone making persistence mods.

@MNHC I can't tell, even with no weapon skill, all weapons have near-perfect accuracy, so I'm not sure how much mileage this mod can get but maybe it will be useful with weapon mods...
