@GTA5_PLAYER It isn't really anything I'm planning on, no.
@GTA5_PLAYER Well that's because that's not a working model. If it's included I probably left that in on accident, but it's impossible to get to work without scripts. Also I'm sure the wheels are from one of the default train cars, since I only made custom bogies, not custom wheels.
@GTA5_PLAYER Actually the wheels themselves are directly from the freightcar model, which is in the game by default. I didn't use the round hi-poly ones for the train cars for optimization reasons, considering they show up a lot of times on a single train and hi poly wheels would probably be a little inconvenient to render on all of them.
@Meepler1 The locos are about 70-80k verts average, while the cars are 20-40, and all have LODs that can bring that down to < 8k. So yeah, they are high poly but nothing unusual.
@Warrior_359 I can't say really, I modify it for myself. You can search on this site and there's plenty to choose from, they should all be working no matter which one you use.
@Meepler1 I have never tried myself, so no clue.
@Hnagy78 I'm not exactly sure what you mean?
@Kevin56436 The only files which were changed are vehicles, vehiclelayouts, trains and the dlc.rpf
@Kevin56436 If you mean trains.xml, no changes are needed to existing configs. This update just adds on some extra cars which you can use in it.
@Kevin56436 Updated the page just now, not really used to the update system so that's my fault
@Nelson01023 If you have some time for manual editing, open "trains.xml", scroll down to the bottom, and find the "train_config_group" part. You'll see stuff like "shrt_wood01" "med_raw01" "long_tank01", etc. Remove all lines which contain either "long_" or "super_", and are not "streak" lines. If it still crashes you can try removing "med_" aswell. If you have any questions feel free to ask further.
@SnoIcarus not in this one, though if you edit "traintracks.xml" with notepad, there's an item in there called "tracks1.dat", and under it is the speed which is 15 by default. You can set that up higher and it will work.
