@Tugakit Yes, of course I do. As I said, I can use other mods that require it with no problem. Also I don't play online with mods.
What exactly can and can't do while using a custom skin in comparison to playing with normal characters skin?
And I have the requirements, I can use the Enhanced native trainer just fine.
What can you really do when you play with a custom skin? I know you can't do missions, use shops or collect money, but what about random events, robbing stores and other stuff?
Also, when you change to a custom skin, you don't have the abilities (driving, strength, etc.) of your main characters, but rather another different setup, right? I ask becasue I took a LARGE amount of hits to kill a ped while using a custom skin.
Does this work with latest game update? I installed it in my game directory (where the GTAV exe is) but I can't make it appear in-game with the hotkey the description says.
I tried to install this mod, but didn't find a lot of the files you're supposed to replace in my update.rpf. I'm guessing this wasn't made on the latest update?
Shit, I just confirmed this mod does that. Why did you replace the black tank top with another white one, or was that a mistake? Can we get a file to correct the error?
Uhm, does this mod also change his black tank top to a white one? xD
@GooD-NTS Yes, it does, I was able to make a test file with some custom textures. Anyway, having seen that, I figured out it could work if instead or replacing the files, I tried deleting the original ones first and then drag & drop the custom ones, and it seems to have worked.
I guess I can do that from now on, but what could be the problem that prevents me from replacing files without deleting them first?
Can somebody help me? I can't replace files using this program.
I open OPIV, enable Edit Mode (didn't forget), and then navigate to the section inside the rpf file I'm trying to mod; it's just a simple texture swap. Problem is, I can drag and drop files to the program window, but when I do, nothing happens, the file doesn't get replaced (filesize doesn't change). I can also right click the file to replace, select "replace", navigate to my modded file and select it, and the replace won't take place. It won't give me any error message, it just doesn't happen.
I've tried doing this process in the files contained in the vanilla game folders, and also enabling the ASI loader, copying the files to the "mods" folder and modyfing them, to no avail. The program won't replace any file.
I have all the required files installed and I know it's not a problem with my installation, since I can load and operate any trainer with no problem. I also made sure I'n not runnung OPIV as administrator (I tried also to no avail, though).
Any help will be appreciated, please!
