@Tipulkill well a beta might not be likely, as there is lots to be done before its playtest-able, especially with all the changes but will let ypu know if one is ready
@gdfGDS44 thanks, been using the world of variety gameconfig atm, since i somehow cannot start a new game using the dilapidated gameconfig. Also seem to have found which line in the gameconfig allows for the large handling.meta file size, but further testing is needed. Also, thanks for the gear ratios file, but havent gotten to those vehicles yet, so will see what i can fix from my end for now, but will check the files when i get to it. Just finished the motorcycles, so might have already fixed whatever error the other vehicles had like the bf400 n police3
@w.. thanks for feedback, planes are a WIP... n heli has been restored for the version update im working on (was part of the burnout I’ve felt trying to fix it for weeks to no avail...). As for the oppressor, will prob revert back to vanilla since its kind of weird for a flying bike thing... will check the half track when I get to it on the final pass to check for bugs
@Tipulkill @Angsimosaurus thanks, an update to include all new vehicles are in the works, however, not sure on an eta yet depending on how testing goes
@Illuminaty Here might have missed some or perhaps the brake force can be too weak on rust bucket to lock the wheels even though it may not have abs... but in case I made a mistake, which vehicle are you referring to? Going the each vehicle again to check for bugs and rebalancing performance of certain vehicles.
After a long, sudden hiatus, due to life and feeling a bit burned out, a new version with the latest vehicles is finally in the works, though not sure when it will be out as it takes time to research and test. Hopefully before the end of November.
For those who are experiencing crashing problems, please use the gameconfig file from dilapidated with all the recommended additional mods and using the edits pinned on the comment section:

With that in mind, a new version is in the works after a long hiatus due to life and was kind of burned out from it all...
@EvolutionXIII yeah, i can provide the previous one, as its simply a few line changes and there aren’t too many helis in next update. But yeah, they do crash, been looking for a way to mitigate that and looking through the ai task file atm. As for the pounder, perhaps there is a typo on the handling line, will check next time i do some testing. N yeah, for the transmission thing, its just the clutch catch setting
@MrKote fix for phantom and planes is pending approval, should be up shortly. For the planes, went lazy and just use the replace function to reduce the stability of helicopters, but forgot that it also affected other planes.... Camber problem for the bifta and 2 other vehicles are also tweaked. All should be fixed now once V5.11 is up

But yeah, i would assume that will prevent the ai from crashing, but it wouldn't solve the inherent issue that they kind of have a mind of their own even though you just press on the throttle for takeoff
