@aimless its uses lua
@aimless on server with admin perms instead of single player
@aimless i mean a fiveM(server side) mod that can load(loads for all clients) the missions that people post that use this mod to create like https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/city-bus-driver, https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gang-hideouts-build-a-mission etc and possibly a special version that fiveM server owners can use in single player to "build" custom missions for their server :)
