I was having a problem with the script hook v files. They where not loading RDE in the correct way. After I reinstalled script hook v (the old version, have not played much after the update) RDE are working more to my liking. No more cops spawning right in my face. They spawn far away and drive to investigate the area the crime was committed in.
I will try to look at the vehicle spawn options, because I have to many rare 900.000$ cars spawning still.

Hi. I really wanted a Nitro mod, but I can't get it to work. I have installed the required programs.
.NET Framework 4.5.2 installed already
Visual C++ 2015 installed via link
ScriptHookV placed in GTAV root folder
ScriptHookVDotNet placed in GTAV root folder
I have used openIV to install ASI loader and OpenIV.ASI
The files from Nitro I have placed in the "scripts" folder.
Everything running smooth, but the dispatch is instant and the police spawn less than 100 meters away.
fx.: If I fire a gun near peds the police spawn immediately within eyesight.
How can I tweak this? I have installed the recommended version with the package installer.
I also see supercars and special cars everywhere now. Is this because of RDE tweaking spawn rate?
I only have this mod and VisualV. Thanks.

Did not work. I have a few other scripts working okay, so I think the script hook files are working
