This is my first mod btw :)
Obviously you have to use OpenIV
Follow the provided path below please:

mods/x64/audio/sfx/SCRIPT.rpf
-Extract the folder and oac file somewhere like your mods folder
-Drag and drop only the oac file into SCRIPT.rpf
-(OPTIONAL)Delete both the folder and oac file from wherever you extracted it to
