This is an EMPTY dlc template, to make converting FiveM mods to SP easier. It is to be used, as outlined in this forum post of mine (see below):
It contains 3 (also empty) archives, one for assets, one for metadata, and one for overrides.
This show-and-tell mod requires only that you have OpenIV, at https://openiv.com/
Installation instructions:

ydr, ytd, yft, ycd those all go in 'port_assets'
ytyp, ybn, ymap, ymt (= manifest) all go into 'port_meta'

@meimeiriver ngl. i confused. have one mlo with stream folder with a props subfolder that contains ydr and ytyp. where do i put this props subfolder?
Sec question. gotta another fivem mlo with a stream folder that has yft subfolder, i put those with ydr and ytd? thx
@meimeiriver Cool! What about the override? I managed to put some files and it replaced some stuff i put in Goldman Sachs building in Rockford Hillis, can you explain better what the Override does in game?
@William Halverd The regular way to use a modified file, is to stick the pertinent archive into mods, and upload the changed file into it. What the override folder does, is keep it DLC-specific. For example, I have a personal DLC for the Eclipse Tower, and put ss1_11_slod_children.ydd into the override folder. This has 2 advantages: even if the lod dictionary exists in several other places, the game now knows the latest version of it is the one in overrides. And, what makes it DLC-specific, is that when I unload my own DLC, the rest of the game is no longer affected by this override.

Hey @meimeiriver thanks for uploading! Almost everything works for me but the only thing that needs to be fixed for me is that the default ymaps i edited and replaced dont seem to work in-game. It still streams the standard original ymap. Thanks for an answer in advance!
@VerpiMoDz Ymaps that are meant to override game ones, need to go into port_override.rpf.
Furthermore, ensure that the load order in your dlc is set to a higher number than that of the dlc the original ymaps reside. This order value is set in setup2.xml, like:
<order value="82" />
P.S. The MO_JIM_L11 (for overrides) is usually used in conjuctions with mpmaps on, btw.
@meimeiriver Yeah, my value is higher than the other ones. I put the ymaps that were supposed to overwerite the old ones in the "port_override.rpf" but still the default unedited version of the ymap appears in-game. I also tried to invalidate the .rpf of the unedited ymaps but had no luck either with that. :/
@VerpiMoDz What ymap was this, if I may ask? Then I will try and replicate this.
@meimeiriver So i was having isses overwriting normal ymaps like "hei_sm_23_critical_0.ymap" or "sm_23_strm_0.ymap" and replacing LOD Lights like "vw_distlodlights_medium007.ymap". What do I do with "ydd" and "ymf" files? I ask for help

@William Halverd I saw the pinned comment, but it didn't say anything about the "ydd" and "ymf". Some fivem mods I downloaded have this type of format.

Is this capable of dealing with ymt/ynt/ynv too and if so, would those files just go in 'override' as they already exist?

So im trying to replace the vanilla mega mall but the vanilla lod still loads in and not the one in trying to convert. Some of the props from the file im trying to convert show up bit not the building itself. I already read where everything should go and put the files in the right place. Can someone help me out
