this mod adds a yellow tint and makes the stars less visible for the night sky
extract the starfield dds somewhere go to openiv make sure edit mode is on or you can't replace the texture in skydome.ytd
go to gtav/x64a.rpf/textures/skydome.ytd click starfield on the left then to the right click replace then go to the location where you extracted the dds select starfield.dds then you are done
