Why does my minimap only appear when the satellite view is in Z, otherwise it is blank

@GizmoHD4Life try to do it all over again, follow every single intruction closely and you will succeed. It didn't work for me too the first time because i copied the wrong minimap.rpf file, but then i did it again correctly and it worked.
@GizmoHD4Life bro, it's the same files, mod didn't had an update, so the steps are the same. What I can do is try to make the instructions more clear. There you go:
1. Extract the zip file you downloaded. Now use OpenIV to open the file dlc.rpf inside the MAP folder, then "x64" folder. There is two files in there "common.rpf" and "satmap.rpf".
2. Follow through "common.rpf\data\ui". Extract "mapzoomdata.meta" to any Windows folder (folder 1).
3. Go back to "x64" folder and open "satmap.rpf". Extract all the content in a separated Windows folder (folder 2).
5. Close this file.
::From now on, do not forget to backup the files you're going to replace, in case you want to switch back to vanilla map::
6. Go to your mods folder and open "common.rpf\data\ui" and place "mapzoomdata.meta" in there (folder 1).
7. Go back to "mods" folder and go to "update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf" and place the content you extracted from "satmap.rpf" (folder 2).
:::NOW FOR THE MINIMAP/RADAR:::
8. Copy "RadarZoom.dll" and "RadarZoom.ini" from the folder named "Copy to scripts folder" to your game scripts folder.
9. Go to your mods folder then "x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\" and place the "minimap.rpf" from "radar sataelite view" folder there. YES, THE "minimap.rpf" FILE IS EMPTY AND IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE EMPTY.
10. Now for the files in hotfix folder: Open the file "graphics.ytd" located in "mods\update\update.rpf\x64\textures" and throw "radarmasksm.dds" in there. Same for "graphics.ytd" located in "mods\x64a.rpf\textures", just throw "radarmasksm.dds" in there.

@bubbli Probably you broke the rpf archive. Copy the original rpf files from game folder to their respective place in mods folder and try again, follow the instruction step by step. If it doesn't work I really don't know.
mapzoomdata.meta isnt there in file
so now wt shud i do

It's a shame this hasn't been updated with a more high resolution map, when you zoom in it's quite pixelated.
@rexxmt my minimap is only displayed at 50 mph

DELETED THE OLD FILES, Working on new updated version 2, this ones crap now, instructions wrong etc....
i know its been awhile, well ages, but im reinstalling gta5 and fixing all the bugs , resolution is dependant on your pc hardware ie, resolution texture detail etc, but will hopefully sort it. Regards designerappz...

How is anyone installing this? The instructions say "CREATE A FOLDER CALLED MAP IN MODS/UPDATE/X64/DLCPACKS" but I don't even have a folder called dlcpacks there. I don't even have one in an install I have with mods already in it.
