As I have little time to work on mods, Development speed is far low as expected. Right now, Mod is in progress, one big update will come soon
[12-03-2021] Status for an upcoming version 0.2:
- Added Feature to attack Player (if they are in any vehicle)
- Increased Anti Defense Attacking Range, now they can attack from far
- GTA 5 Inbuilt Anti-Aircraft Trailer added as default, In case, if you don't want to add custom model or fail to load
- UI Menu Created
- Fixed Many Bags
About the Mod
Automatic Anti Air Defense is a mod that enables Anti Air Defenses to run automatically without the involvement of the player. It automatically starts firing when any attacking flying vehicles come near to the player or attack the player.
Activation Key:
Press "H"
Installation:
- Put Automaticairdefense.dll in the scripts folder.
Requirements to use this mod:
- Latest Scripthook Version Download Scripthook
- Latest Scripthookvdotnet Download Scripthookvdotnet
- Install CIWS Anti Air Defense Add on (Model) by SkylineGTRFreak - Download CIWS
Both 1,2 will be installed in your Game root directory.
Known Bugs:
Working best if you spawn one, if you spawn multiple defenses then last one
will work fine.
Note:
This mod is in Alpha Testing!

@maddychaww Quick questions:
1. Have you installed CIWS Anti Air Defense Model? If yes, then is spawning using "ciws" as input via simple trainer (as you told in the comment)?
2. Have you installed Automaticairdefense.dll in the scripts folder?
3. Are you using the latest versions of Scripthook & Scripthookvdotnet?
4. Which GTA version are you using?

1. Yes, the model installed perfectly and it's also spawning and working fine
2. Yes, Automaticairdefense.dll file has also been put in my script folder in the game directory
3. Yes, they are latest version I am using
4. My game version is 1.0.1180.2 ( You think this might be an issue? )
5. I don't know how to post video out here , I am new user, not familiar

@maddychaww Please try this:
1. Install OpenIV, and try to install the CIWS model in the mods folder via OpenIV, as I did in my GTA 5.
2. Using OpenIV, edit "Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml" and add these lines at the end as other added:
dlcpacks:/airdefenses/If it does not work after implementing the above changes, then it must be an issue with the model hash key function in the script. I Will patch it in the new update and provide the package to make it easier to install.

1. I have the OpenIV and installed the CIWS model already
2. added the line 'dlcpacks:/airdefenses/' to the dlclist.xml already earlier, That's why I was able to spawn it via simple trainerThe only issue I am having in the script, where it was supposed to perform after pressing 'H' key in the game, But nothing happens. it would be grateful if you could provide an update as you have mentioned. Thanks

Is there way to make it attack the player? I want to place it in the Restricted Area in Las Venturas and in Fort Zancudo.

@EpicViolence123 Good suggestion. Currently, the script has designed to protect the player from enemies, but we have noted your input in our task list, and I will implement it as soon as possible.

It would be great if there is a second version of this mod which fires on any attackers even players.just like defending a restricted area from all intruders.

the turrets moves very slow and sometimes acts with delay
and sometimes when polices come near the player the peds (s_m_y_swat_01) inside the turret weapons, get out and run away lol.March 11, 2021 -

Hostile aircraft seem rather afraid of this weapon lol, they always fly away from my experience. Would it be possible to change what button spawns the anti-aircraft weapon?

@himanshukanojiya Oh, it only fires occasionally. So many policemen hit me, only occasionally.
