WinterV - Beta
Bring a real winter atmosphere to Los Santos.
WinterV is a winter overhaul for GTA V Story Mode designed to make snow feel like part of the world instead of simply changing the weather.
With a single key combination, WinterV transforms Los Santos and the surrounding areas into a complete winter environment with snow-covered terrain, blizzard weather, snowy traffic, North Yankton police vehicles, parked snow-covered cars, footprints, tire tracks and more.
The goal of WinterV is simple: make Los Santos actually feel like winter.

CONTROLS
SHIFT-S - Enable or Disable WinterV
Press SHIFT-S to activate the complete winter environment.
Press SHIFT-S again to disable WinterV and return to the normal game environment.
The activation key can be customized through the WinterV configuration file.
The default control is SHIFT-S.
Supported modifiers include Shift, Ctrl, Alt and None.
HOW IT WORKS
When WinterV is activated, the mod enables the winter environment and begins adapting the world around the player.
Regular traffic can be replaced by snow-covered vehicle variants before reaching the player. This helps the winter traffic feel more natural and reduces noticeable vehicle transformations close to the player.
Police patrol vehicles can also be replaced with North Yankton winter police vehicles while preserving police pursuit behavior.
Police officers inside converted winter police vehicles remain armed and can continue participating in police activity.
Special emergency and dispatch vehicles are protected from the replacement system to reduce interference with roadblocks and other police scenarios.
WinterV also automatically manages and cleans up vehicles created by the mod to help prevent unnecessary entities from accumulating around the world.

WinterV is currently in Beta.
The main winter systems are functional, but the project is still being developed and tested.
Some bugs, unexpected behavior or compatibility issues may still occur depending on your GTA V version, installed mods and game configuration.
Future updates will focus on improving stability, compatibility, variety and immersion.

Enhanced or Legacy?
Ability to use a custom key + modifier so a user can assign SHFT + S eg as most F keys are long taken in our game....

The current Beta has been tested on GTA V Legacy. Enhanced compatibility is something I want to add/test properly instead of claiming support without verification.
I agree about the keybind. I will add a configurable key and modifier option in the next update, so users can use combinations such as Shift + S instead of being locked to F5.
I will also add a video showcasing the mod. Thank you!
