We have to wait for Alexander Blade and his team until he renews/updates script hook.
Steam users can still downgrade as far as I know, I don't want to say anything wrong, if it hasn't changed, steam users can still downgrade the game.
but people like me with the rockstar version can't do it.
As soon as you do it, GTA V will update to the new version again. I don't think it works with epic games either. only for Steam.
search for it on the internet and check for viruses.
