Awesome mod , really brings up the "underground" feeling of GTA V , though im gonna leave a few suggestions just if you want to spice up this already great mod
-Meets : I always dreamed of street racing meets , with music and people hangin' out just like the movies man , i know you achieved this in your "Drag Meets" mod , if you could just port it over to this mod , it would be awesome.
-Smarter Police Behavior : The police chases me , but won't give a damn about the other guys , i call racism lol.
-More Car classes : Having more car types to race would be awesome (Rally cars , racing cars , bikes ...)

Not to be mean or anything , but i'll stick with josh's release , RPH is bad news , i only use it for LSPDFR and still i get my share of trouble with it , but five stars anyways because every piece of work deserves credit.

Your most popular file is "RedLightDistrict" so i assume you're just some kid who thinks he is a skilled modder cuz you made a map based on a place you probably only saw in porn with a tool so simple anyone could make it , see this is why this community is slowly going to the crapper , we experienced this in GTA SA days with "DYOM" , the harder mods are to make , the better content people will make , but making simplified tools for any unexperienced dude to use is only gonna flood mod websites with shit like the maps you make.

@MrTuning2001 I don't have a youtube channel , i strongly dislike fanboys and fanboyism especially youtubers fanboys , now you do what you want , but making a whole mod just for a person that you never met and is probably an asshole in real life is in my opinion completely pointless.
When the weather is set to "Smog" , vehicles automatically have their lights on , even when it's mid-day , its really unrealistic because having your lights on when it's bright enough outside is kinda off .
@_CP_ When the weather is smog , NPC turn their lights on even though its not needed , same when its around 18:00 on the clock and the sun is still high up , NPC turn lights on , same thing in the morning.
