Hi does this affect NPCs too or only Player? If it is the latter, then do you know if there is a mod that gives NPC's bigger and bouncier breasts similar to this mod? Sorry to ask but I am new to the GTA modding scene.

Possibly add a angled grip because some guns like the ak clip through the grips
