@macmoosie Navigate to your mods folder, and open said mods archive using OpenIV. Navigate to the data folder located within dlc.rpf. Using OpenIV, edit carcols.meta and carvariations.meta.
In carcols.meta, you want to find "kitName" and "id value" right underneath. Change both numbers to something that matches. In carvariations, you want to find "kits", change the number below to match the one you put in carcols. Save, and load the game. If done correctly, the vehicle should have mods now. If not, rinse and repeat until you find a number that works. I'd highly suggest installing Zolika's Patch (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/zolikapatch-v-hq-reflections-crash-fixes-more) as it allows for infinite modkit id's. @unitedOrange66 That's a given, hence why I politely asked incase it did.
Loads of potential, but this mod significantly kills FPS (by 20% in some instances)!
@Ykazda This isn't this mods fault. Leave feedback on the original mod page!
Fantastic weapon! Does this spawn naturally in-game? If so, a map would be nice!
No loose files?
@Dwighty Right. You could pay to get it commissioned
@LoafofBread Mods folder as always!
Hands aren't on steering wheel! Other than that, looking good.

@Dwighty That's a great mod idea. Maybe you could com a script writer?
