Codewalker new commit on github now supports enhanced files, but you have to build it yourself with visual studio. But I got it working and all the new car files are viewable.

@imViyla For you and everyone else having issues with it not spawning on SP, replace the vehicles.meta in the dlc with the one for FiveM. The txd dictionaries are all screwed
