It is not next trashy mod where objects are placed in random places only to be. Here it is placed in this way to looks good. The main purpose of this mod is makes this residence more realistic, so don't expect that here will be money/gold/drugs/other shit everywhere. Me and eshenk spent many hours of work. @street58cars I changed garden to looks more reality and added few details on tennis court :) I will update it today (few new furnitures inside)

@street58cars Yes it is. This tool name is "map editor". Link to download in description but you will need "Object spawn unlocker" too :)
