Video.
Information
Nothing crazy, just a little script that let you enable/disable the player special abilities and the ability bar.
Features:
Disable the characters abilities.
Hide the ability when playing as a character without a special ability (or do it manually whenever you want with any character you want).
Also, if the bar is hidden and you enter/drive a vehicle with an ability (jump, boost, etc.), the bar will be displayed again (and it will be hidden again when out).
Note: If you use the Character Swap script set "Manual Toggle" to true in "SpecialAbilities.ini".
Note 2: if you use the Simple Native Trainer and enable the vehicle nitro option, then there might be conflict for the ability bar between the two mods.
Requirements
Script Hook V .NET.
Installation
Move "SpecialAbilities.cs" and "SpecialAbilities.ini" in the "scripts" folder.
Edit "SpecialAbilities.ini" to configure the script.
Bugs
Alt tabbing to the desktop (if playing in full screen) or changing a graphic setting (specifically any one that makes the screen refresh) will make the bar display again if it's currently hidden.
To fix this, change the character back to Michael, Franklin or Trevor and then back to the desired character. If the "Manual Toggle" setting is active, then simply press the activation key(s) two times.
Special Thanks
alloc8or for the Native DB.
Changelog
v3.0
Rewrote the script (also updated the ini, so make sure to copy it too).
Changed native function (from "_SET_PLAYER_IS_IN_DIRECTOR_MODE" to "_SET_ABILITY_BAR_VISIBILITY_IN_MULTIPLAYER") so now the character name and money, date and time are visibile in the pause menu when the bar is hidden.

@sjaak327 I will make sure to put a notice in the description. Thanks again.
@Alex106 The conflict (hopefully) will only happen if the user enables nitro via the menu AND adds a line nitro1=1 into the ini manually. If that line is absent, just enabling the nitro should not conflict with this mod.
100% recommend this mod useful for me because I used AddonPeds most of the time and since they do not have access to special abilities make the ui more simpler.
ive done everything it told me to and it dosent work
for some reason, the auto-toggle on this mod doesn't seem to be working correctly. I always have to toggle it manually with the cheat codes for some odd reason, which I dislike doing every time I launch the game up. I never had this issue with the old version, which simply disabled the bar. I'm not sure whether this is a conflict with pickups or some other mod, but if it's a mod conflict, then I'm all ears.
@Nelson01023 Tested and it works just fine. The only thing i can think of is that you haven't replaced the .ini with the one with the latest update.
I don't believe it's my .ini file, cause when I set "Trevor = true" within the mod's ini, the mod will cease to disable Trevor's special ability. Redownloading the mod does nothing, and I suffer the same issue.
@Nelson01023 Only with Trevor or it happens with Michael and Franklin too?
happens with everyone. @alex106
@Nelson01023 Ok, thanks. I will look into it as soon as i can.
Note: the current version (2.8) as an issue with the special ability not getting disabled (if the ini setting is set to true) at the game startup. For now, either press the "Insert" key after loading the game or use the ability cheat code (i suggest doing in this way).
@Alex106 , Man thx for mod .. Sry but if I push F9 yellow bar is blinking ... I see it at last ver of game & trainers . For old patch & trainers bar is okay .. Hmm
@RsNo0bs Make sure you're not keeping the key pressed.
@Alex106 , nonono , I also enable Double key .. and can't disable bar ( yellow always blinking , if I push F9 very fast - too ) .
And I don't known why bar don't work after clear install of Your mod .. ( Always need to change ini > true manual toggle etc )
Many troubles ... (
@RsNo0bs
1) Make sure you don't have any other mod that might conflict with this (Simple Native Trainer, Character Swap or any other one).
2) Disable the "Double Key" option.
3) When in game press the toggle key once and see if it still happens.
@Alex106 , thx I try to fix ...
Ps : sry , but I'm use Simple Native .. :D
So I trying now
@RsNo0bs In this case, make sure the nitro option in the menu is set to false and the .ini option "nitro1" is set to 0.
@Alex106 Hello, I used this mod before and it's working fine. But now, it triggers a critical error saying it can't find native 0X1DFEDD something. Is there a fix for it?
@NightBreak290
1) What's your game version?
2 ) What's the actual native function written in the error?
3) Do you have the "ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll" DLL in the main game folder?
@Alex106 Oh sorry, I commented on the wrong mod XD
