TRIUM Skel Studio is a native desktop tool for GTA V 3D creators who work with models and skeletons (.yft, .ydd, .ytd). It runs on its own engine, written from scratch, with no CodeWalker and no third-party converters. Everything happens on your computer: it makes zero network connections.

- Compare: bone-by-bone comparison between two skeletons (target bone, status and local ratio).
- Advanced diagnostics: a detailed breakdown of the loaded skeleton (structure, bones and internal data).
- Technical report: a clean, readable report of the analyzed file.
- Validator (Doctor): checks the structural health of standalone .ydd, .ytd and .yft files against RAGE format invariants. Read-only.
- Skel Engine: the skeleton recognizer. Identifies the rig, counts its bones and hints at its family (pedestrian, freemode, main character, animal).
- 3D Viewer: view your .ydd / .yft models with their skeleton and textures. Rotate, pan, zoom, front/side/top views, apply/remove texture.
- Textures: a texture explorer with its own decoding engine (no CodeWalker). Open .ytd / .dds / images, zoom and pan each texture, export to PNG.

guidance earlier — I really appreciate it.
I've prepared the **free edition** of TRIUM Skel Studio following exactly what you
pointed out: the listing and the program itself **do not advertise or promote any
paid version**. It's presented simply as what it is — a free tool to inspect,
compare, validate and view GTA V skeletons and models.
A couple of things I thought would be useful for you to know:
- It's a **portable, self-contained `.exe`** — no installer, no runtime to install,
no changes to the user's system. Just unzip and run.
- It is **100% offline**: it makes no network connections at all. Everything happens
on the user's own machine.
You're more than welcome to **inspect it from top to bottom** — run it, poke around
every tab, check its behavior on disk and on the network. I want it to be fully
transparent, and I'm happy to answer anything or make any change you consider
necessary.
