@carter84 Out of all the mods I've uploaded here this is the one I want to update the most but it's taken me such a long time to do it because of a variety of reasons. First of all, I've being very busy in real life doing other things, I did started working on the 4.0 version of this in early 2022 and I'm still working on it but, the main delay are the vehicles themselves. There're so many vehicles that I need to add snow to. I've completed about 90% of the vehicles, with snow on them proper but, since Rockstar keeps patching the game and keeps adding new dlcs with new vehicles that makes it harder for me to keep up. This is a big mod, big project....each vehicle takes about a minimum half an hour to complete with snow properly on it. In order to make it realistic I have to add snow to three different major parts of the vehicle.....roof, hood and trunk. Every vehicle is different, some require more time than others. Also, keep in mind that the hardest thing to do is to make sure the snow patches show up correctly on the surface of the vehicle and not underneath or hovering above it. When you're adding snow to a vehicle in zmodeler it might seem as if the snow patch is sitting correctly on top of the vehicle but, when I go in the game to test the results, many times the snow is either a few inches underneath or floating above it, which is very difficult to pinpoint when you're working on it in the zmodeler's graphical version of the vehicle. Also, all vehicles have two different file extensions, the .yft and the_hi.yft. The .yft file extension of the vehicle contains all LODs and stores all the textures while the _hi.yft contains only level of detail 0 (LODO). The purpose of having separate files for different LODs is to optimize the game's performance but that means that I have to do the same thing twice for every single vehicle. Another thing I need to update are the paths for the other files included in the mod....such as, the snow producing files, weather, snow traction etc... some of the paths to some of those files have either been changed or extended to other paths since the last patch that was active when I uploaded the v3.0. I have to make sure everything goes where it's supposed to go once I update this.
Sorry for the lengthy explanation but, as you can see the whole mod has to be rebuilt correctly. I'm aiming for the v4.0 upload possibly towards Fall 2024, knock on wood :-)

@SupremeRaven This mod works fine however, there seems to be something that is kind of annoying, for some reason the crouch activates when I'm inside a vehicle and press the horn button. I use a controller to play gta 5 and the horn button is the L3 stick, which happens to be the same key that activates the crouch. Obviously you don't see the character crouching inside the vehicle but once you exit the vehicle the character immediately goes into a crouching stance and I have to disengage it every time, same thing happens when I exit an aircraft. I know I can change the activation key for the mod but it would be much more easier if the mod automatically turns off when you enter a vehicle though. It's not a big deal per se but, if you can make that happen that'll be great.
@TacoPoPo Is there any way to combine the files from the "aq07powerstroke67" dlc with the main "f450plat" dlc? I like the Truck but, I don't like the idea of having two different dlc's for the same vehicle...I don't know why you found it necessary to create two different dlc's for the same vehicle, the "aq07powerstroke67" dlc basically contains the "audio" files for this truck which could've easily been added to the "f450plat" dlc, in my opinion.
@Jadeyness I got some good news and some bad news....the good news is that the galaxies do show up in the sky.......the bad news is that, for some reason, the chosen color of the galaxies (I chose the "Blue Neon" skydome.ytd for the test), doesn't show up very well, the galaxies have a dull, cloudish color to it. I don't know if it has to do with the graphics mod or not but, nevertheless that's how the mod shows up with the VisualV graphics mod installed. Here's a demo video of the test so you can see > https://vimeo.com/886742829?share=copy
@Jadeyness Thanks for the quick response, I do have a modified "skydome.ytd" already installed from this mod > https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/4k-moon-4k-starfield , alongside VisualV and the stars look much better than vanilla's but, it's just basically a mod that enhances the stars in the sky, no visible galaxies or anything like that. What I'm gonna do is test your mod with VisualV installed, swap the one from the "4K Moon + 4K Starfield 2.0" mod with yours and check how yours turns out with VisualV and I'll let you know how it looks. If it looks good with the VisualV graphic mod installed then I'll let you know the results so you can assure others that this mod is compatible with VIsualV. I'll get back to you on that soon.
@HeySlickThatsMe How about a mod that removes some animations from the main characters like Michael, Trevor and Franklin? I've always hated how Michael, specially, gets impatience whenever he's at idle, looking back and acting as if he wants you to get a move on. If you can create a mod that removes some of those unecessary animations from the main characters that'll be great.
@adopcalipt There seems to be a whole bunch of missions that are getting broken or became broken with this mod after installed in the latest 3028 patch, which is the one I got. I made some short demo videos, with explanations, to show you what's being happening when I attempt to do those missions:
1. "Racist" Mission Issue: Whenever I attempt to do a "Racist" mission, no matter what configuration I use for the mission, for some reason when the race begins the vehicle I chose all of the sudden is not there so I'm unable to race and obviously the mission fails because I got no car to race with. This demo video shows the problem > https://vimeo.com/882734528?share=copy
2. "Mores Mute" Mission Issue: The problem I've being having with this mission is specifically at the end, after I already rigged it with the bomb. I bring the vehicle back to the target but, then nothing happens....I keep waiting for a message to tell me to exit the vehicle and hide or whatever but it just gets stuck on: "Return the Vehicle to the Target. Careful not to set off the bomb" message and if I exit the vehicle the mission automatically fails. This demo video shows the problem > https://vimeo.com/882735711?share=copy
There are other missions, which I didn't make demo videos for, which also give me problems like the "Truckers" mission. With the "Truckers" mission, I am able to get in the truck and hook up the trailer but, once I begin driving towards the destination the game crashes like halfway to the destination and I can confirm it happens everytime because I've attempted to do the "Truckers" mission more than 5 times and still does the same thing, it crashes the game for some reason while I'm trying to get to the destination.
I assume the mod has to be updated for the v3028 patch.
By the way, there are some missions that are still playable....like the "Sharks", "Packages", "HappyShopper" and some others but many of 'em are not playable anymore.

@Galen5c You're welcome, I'm just trying to make things easier for you guys and myself when it comes to installing those ybn files
