This mod adds a mafia 2-style warrant system to the game. After you lose your wanted level, there still will be an arrest warrant on you. You will have to change your clothes to lose the warrant, or you may change your vehicle's license plate or color to lower police attention.
Please note that this mod is still in alpha and has some bugs, please keep this in mind.
Note: you NEED the latest ScriptHookDotNet from github.

- Make sure you have both the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 and the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x64) installed.
- Download and install Script Hook V (including the ASI loader). You may download it from http://gtaforums.com/topic/788343-vrel-script-hook-v/
- Download the latest experimental Script Hook V .NET and copy the ASI into your game folder. You may download it from https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases
- Place all of the contents of the zip into the scripts/ folder. If it doesnt exist, make one.

We're currently looking into changing this script so that if you wear a mask while committing the crime you don't get a warrant. Hopefully we can pull it off :)

@Dilapidated i was just in the neighborhood but thanks... looking forward to some changes to this mod as its my favorite. i have ideas like a payable system to get out of trouble...either go to the police station or pay the cops outright. if thats something you could manage that would be awesome. my coding skills are sub par at best.
with this is GTA V more dramatic and realistic...SIX STARS MOD

I love this mod and its great, but i think it could be way better, ex if you die, your warrent gets removed, and if you are on a motorbike or bicycle they see you easier then if you would be in a car, and that the warrent eventually gets removed after a half day or so
@Guadmaz, @woots Is there any way to recompile this with NO notifications or visuals? For my realism setup I don't want to know at all if I'm being looked for.
the higher the multiplier the faster the recognition time or the opposite?
this mods broken for me i got a warent for driving out of micles drive weay and got in a endless loop of geting a worent and having to pay to remove it every 2 seconds
@Dilapidated would you give us a hotkey to put the mask we choose on or off, lke press H and then you are wearing your mask, press H again and you are not wearing it, it would make it more realistic, and now you have to pay atention on where you get your mask off.
This is still working great for me! Congrats, the other mod forces you to use Better Chases as well as Arrest Warrant, as Arrest Warrant doesn't seem to work on its own. Better Chases makes my game lag like crazy.

Not working anymore on my LSPDFR 0.3 :(
worked flawlessly EXCEPT somehow the warrant won't be removed when I changed car color/plate. I even add some visual modification to the car like new hood, bumper, wheels, etc. yet the warrant still persists :(
I know i'm super late to the party but this mod is pretty cool. i had an idea for a mod that adds a chance to be "recognized" by a cop randomly, and gain wanted status.
Is it possible to make cops recognize only the vehicle? I know of course it's not realistic given the point of this mod but I'm playing as Add On characters so.. They don't really have an option to change outfits unfortunately :/

It doesn't make sense to lose a wanted level just to see police on the street ignoring you...
I integrated something similar into my NPC based FiveM server too, again totally changes the game (shameless plug if you want to try it out https://servers.fivem.net/servers/detail/lloqpj)
