why is there no .ini file in the scripts folder for the legacy version?
@Goneondatrack .ini file is created on the first time the script loaded automatically created please confirm its created
@FlareXll Unfortunately, the mod conflicts with the game when you use the taxi as a passenger on long trips; even though I’m not the one driving, the police can stop the vehicle and even bring it to a halt if the license has expired.
@Matthew Liddell will fix this in the next update
where do I do my license and Insurance, because I already tried to find the place, but found nothing
@FlareXII Never mind, I fixed it. It would be nice if you could add a driving test that you have to pay for to unlock the license, as well as having to pay for insurance. There’s already a good one, from MNHC, so maybe you could implement it into your mod. Also, I’ve noticed that the police pulls me over when an NPC collides into my car.
Oh and also not paying the fines has no consequence. It would be great if you could add with the help of your betterchases an warrant if a certain amount of money has accumulated
@Mikey11130 will look at this bug
@Mikey11130 i am working on bugs first before expanding features
Works fine on enhanced (older version). Appreciate your work on bringing these old staples back to life in the modern times.
1 thing I noticed (my last save has me in paleto at the gas station with the pay n spray) when I load it thinks I'm on the sidewalk and almost always trigger a pull over (gawd I still need to register my license!!! lol). I had to uncheck the sidewalk one for now but would like to see this refined in the future if possible.
What I also liked about better chases (and your mod continues this) it includes debug options to clear wanted status because with new mods I will do a test run for a couple hours to test stability and features and this mod seems to like to save and the only option to clear is manually deleting files.
I saw you were talking about squashing bugs before introducing new features so thats my 2 cents on the new features and again appreciate your work on this.
@FlareXll
I forgot to add, in the older version the cop would almost insta stop.I know its creative choice and some of the times the cops do stop or make a Uturn/circle turn. But I'm noticing they brake too hard at times and overshoot which is fine and adds to the comedic lameness of the gta world.
But I find about half the time the ai is just adjusting its path for minutes at a time to zero in on that acceptable area. It might be ok to include a version (whether selectable from the menu or not) on whether the cop vehicle insta stops or does how its doing now.
not complaining but just some feedback. thanks again!
@dimedius oh i am trying to get them to be more smooth yes i know they overshoot lol i been working on that mostly to get them to be more smooth also u can move slowly when pulling over just slowly inch forward till he fully line up it a 45 second window so u can stop any time
@dimedius that will be fix in next update too sidewalk kinda trigger too easy sometimes if u on pavement road and too close to sidewalk it trigger so i am working on making it much harder to trigger unless u driving directly on sidewalk
I change from scripthoovdotnet nightly to the enhanced from gta5mods and does not work properly or crashes. [17:34:12] [ERROR] Caught unhandled exception:

Works great so far, if possible it would be great if violation, insuranceand licences were fixed to specific peds/cars and not shared between all. Only bug I encountered is the police clerk ped seems to follow you around all the time and sometimes you hear him falling through the map (even with a license bought)
@Mikey11130 join discord and send look and make sure u have the correct Version
@RReu Police Clerk can be added using the menu this is not a bug you can place the cleark where u need him
