@BMTH FAN .asi scripts go into the root folder of GTA V, whereas .dll files go into the scripts folder. .ini files can go into either, as they are modification settings for the mods you download.
@InfamousSabre Maybe it is caused from the heap of scripts I have. I heard that an overload of scripts would surely cause a game crash.
@ASwedishDragon There are .OIV files with uninstallation options? I've never seen or downloaded any. Do you have an example of an OpenIV install package that also supports uninstallation?
@InfamousSabre I have found out how to create a ScriptHookV.dev file now. Unfortunately, when I had used it, pressing Control+R crashed my game. I then searched on the internet as to why the game crashes, and I have found no help at all yet. Apparently, I'm the only one whose game crashes upon reloading .ASI plugins.
@InfamousSabre I have figured out how to reload .ASI scripts now. But how do I create a .dev file on my computer? It says that I must create a file named ScriptHookV.dev into the GTA V main directory.
@ASwedishDragon Why do you rate this a half star just because you can't uninstall it automatically? I wish it were possible to make an automatic uninstall, but .OIV files do not support that type of action. Why don't you do what I do and find the vanilla files and replace the modded ones with those? It takes a very long time, but at least you can uninstall this cleanly.
@RVGOD I thought it was called HAARP. Not HARP. I like this mod, by the way.
@InfamousSabre Is it possible that this mod could be written into a .dll file rather than .ASI? The reason I am asking this is so that I can reload the script after playing missions, preventing the game from crashing.
@raburs @Hystery I know this sounds like a dumb question, but how do I "rebuild" the archive in OpenIV? I was able to recently get this installed correctly before, but I don't understand how I did it. I searched everywhere on the top left of OpenIV and couldn't find the "rebuild archive" button. I have version 2.9.0, so I suppose the rebuild feature was removed in the latest updates.
"Let's go bowling, cousin."
@airforceWolf The US Border Patrol Chevrolet Suburban paintjob has been removed from this website. How do I obtain the model for the paintjob?
