It can't be done that way, that's the answer. Only the latest Script Hook V .Net Legacy & Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha guarantees that it will work the same way on both Legacy and Enhanced versions.
Making it work on the latest ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.7.0-nightly.189 doesn't guarantee that it won't break again after the next update or five newer versions, because the API compilation method will be broken and corrupted by Kagikn.
Besides, if you focus on working on the latest ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.7.0-nightly.189 and then possibly fix new compilation errors or broken APIs, you'll still have to work and compile the script for Enhanced version separately. So, I won't do that and will always rely on the latest Script Hook V .Net Legacy & Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha :)
I've updated the Description tab for my script here. Please pay attention to [Required files], [Installation], and [If the script isn't working for you, it's probably due to one of the following reasons]. Please strictly follow these rules with this description to prevent further misunderstandings that my script isn't working or has stopped working.
Of course, if a real problem is documented thoroughly and thoroughly, I'll try to fix it and investigate, but I'd like to stop reports that are not my fault or the script's fault.
It is possible that with the next or any subsequent update Chiheb-Bacha will figure it out efficiently and make it work for everyone again and will eliminate the problem that new scripts that work on version ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.7.0-nightly.114 or newer by Kagikn do not work on the latest Script Hook V .Net Legacy & Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha and vice versa, which is annoying, I know.

You need to use the latest Script Hook V .Net Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha.
Then there's no problem and it always works :)

I literally just tested it, and every version works for me, including 1.0, v1.1, and v1.2, which I haven't released yet.
Check the information below carefully:
Required files:
1. The latest original version of the game.
2. Latest Script Hook V by Alexander Blade.
3. Latest Script Hook V .Net Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha.
* Latest Script Hook V .Net Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha also works for Legacy versions.
Installation:
Copy / drag all contents of the extracted "Better_And_Realistic_Vehicle_Options_With_Control.zip" to the scripts folder.
* If you don't have a scripts folder, create it in your GTA V game folder.
* I do not guarantee support or proper operation for downgraded or non-genuine versions of the game.
If the script is not working for you, it is probably due to one of the following reasons:
a) My script is not installed correctly.
b) The required additional files are missing and not installed correctly.
c) You do not have the latest versions of the additional files required for operation.
d) Non-genuine version of the game and you are not using the latest version of the game.
e) You are using different scripts, files, and hooks that conflict with each other.
f) If you have Windows 11 & NVME SSD & DX12U GPU, you are missing DirectStorageFix.
g) There has been an update to GTA V that has currently broken the operation of scripts and you also need to wait for the update of Latest Script Hook V by Alexander and Script Hook V .Net Enhanced by Chiheb-Bacha to fix it and make it possible again.
h) There may be a problem or error on my end / script, but it needs to be thoroughly communicated and tested - not just "it doesn't work." In 99% of cases, the same faulty behavior and crash, if it exists, can be reproduced. If it's confirmed in a documented manner, I promise to work on it to fix it.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with compatibility with the rage plugin hook :(

v1.2 will be better in this regard - I've already added the ability to disable this delay, etc., completely if anyone doesn't want it. Please give me a little more time - I hope to finally release v1.2 in August. I meant to do this a long time ago, but I couldn't find the time to finish it.
