For the "Add <Item>dlcpacks:/mpPlayersFixes/</Item> to the dlclist.xml" step, how exactly do I do this? I'm new to modding, so idk what this means.
@snolop With CodeWalker or OpenIV, navigate to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data", extract the "dlclist.xml", open it with a text editor, add the line to the bottom (before "</Paths>") and then import it back
How do i add custom clothes? I added some but they don't show up they just get replaced with regular clothes.
@Steadydraggin You need mpclothes in order to do that https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/mpclothes-addon-clothing-slots
@Alex106 i have that but when i add this mod it crashes my game do you know how i can change that?
@Steadydraggin Game version?
Does the game crash, with or without an error, at startup or when you do something specific?
Also install, if you haven't already, the Heap and Packfile adjusters and a custom gameconfig
@Alex106 It would crash when i selected the mp ped model but i fixed everything now. the problem was that my game hit the max limit for clothes in the game and that's why it kept crashing it had nothing to do with your mod. nice mod i really like this new version.
@Steadydraggin how did you fix?
works great but I have a small problem aside the mod. do you know how to prevent the game from crashing after installing hair pack with the newest 2 dlcs in the dlclist? whenever I have patch2025_02, mp2025_02, patch2026_01 and mp2026_01 in my dlclist my hair pack crashes the game
@notrysiek You reached the YMT limit. AFAIK it's hardcoded and not much can be done, aside from disabling DLC packs
@Alex106 I would never think of that, thank you bro
Dope! I’d definitely recommend making a FiveM version of this mod. It would be very useful!
@Alex106 with clean install of GTAV (legacy) with nothing but requirements. This crashes once I try to spawn male/female mp character.
@speedfreak975 Which gameconfig and trainer are you using?
@Alex106 latest gameconfig from F7YO and latest version of Menyoo, even if I remove dlc to revert it back to normal it causes my game after few seconds of loading to crash (i assume because of whatever OIV replaces) is it possible a script ?
@speedfreak975 Try with this gameconfig https://github.com/pnwparksfan/gameconfig/releases
As for crashing even without the mod, it could be caused by two extra drawable defined in a meta file (which the game can't find because the DLC isn't loaded).
To uninstall the other files, load the "Data Files" package with the OIV package installer again and use the option to uninstall from the backup
@Alex106 if I may ask what's the difference as I use 3x cars/peds with current one.
@speedfreak975 It's more stable, or at least it is for me
@Alex106 How to use this on fiveM ?
@Simun45 I don't know how FiveM mods work, sorry
